Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original box with all protective padding and assembly hardware included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a scheduled carrier pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
